The hotel had a very central location to all Siena's attractions. We loved this property and couldn't recommend it more.

Our room was impressive and absolutely perfect, included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. The breakfast had a huge variety of different options, and was extensive and very good.

Very Central. The staff were very friendly and helpful, probably the best I have experienced in Europe.

Impossible to get there by car unless you know where you are going. You have to either park some distance away and carry your luggage to the Hotel or you drive through small pedestrian walkways with angry tourists telling you not to ride there. You are also forced to pay an insane amount for using the Hotels parking while you are there

My room was quiet & impressive with all facilities included, splended view over Sienna and a balcony overlooking the town.

Wonderful old hotel located in a central area just off the center of Siena. Lovely building and rooms with splendid views over Siena. - Standard design in the rooms, excellent food. - Genuinely helpful personnel in their customer service.

Courtesy and professionalism of every single member of staff. Excellent room facilities. Wonderful food and service in Cheval Blanc and Brasserie both for dinner and breakfast. Great view overlooking the river.

Printed driving directions given by the hotel were in insufficient detail both for arrival from France and from Switzerland. We got lost travelleing to the hotel from both directions.

The location here was fantastic, just a short walk from a charming medieval square with brick buildings.
